Expression of Interest

0-2 Years Old

Complete an Expression of Interest Form for Kindergarten:

If your child has visited a MCH Nurse in Brimbank,

an Expression of Interest may already have been completed.

Registration

3 Year Old, 4 Year Old

A Kindergarten Registration Form needs to be completed

the year before your child starts. Registrations open February.

If your child has an Expression of Interest, Council will

email you a link to the Registration Form.

Offers Begin

Offers begin from June for 4 Year Olds and from July for 3 Year Olds.

Council will email letters offering a kindergarten place for the

following year.

Accept Offer

Please accept this kindergarten offer to confirm your child’s place.

Enrol in Kindergarten

Now that you have accepted a place,

your kindergarten will contact you via email to enrol.

Children can access two years of free kindergarten in the two years before starting school.

They can start kindergarten if they are 3 and 4 years old by 30 April in the year they attend.
