The following statutory fees are prescribed in the
Planning and Environment (Fees)
Regulations 2016
and
Subdivision Fees Regulations 2016
and relate to planning
and subdivision applications. Also included are Council approved fees relating to
additional City Planning Services. Effective 1 July 2024.
